Casa de la Ballena - Quivira Los Cabos

Casa de la Ballena is a luxurious, large 4 bedroom villa overlooking the 17th fairway of the private Quivira golf course.

Included with your stay is the use of a 6-person golf cart (with a separate signed agreement, proof of insurance and a valid driver's license).

Located in the Pueblo Bonito resort, you have access to all the resort has to offer including the private Quivira Golf Club. The resort features swimming pools, many fabulous restaurants, a kids club, fitness centers and spas.

Casa de la Ballena has 4 bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom on the main level.

The bedrooms are:

- 3 bedrooms with King Beds (one on the main level)

- 1 bedroom with a Queen bed

Each bedroom has an iphone/apple watch/airpod charger, a 4G smart TV with complimentary HULU for live tv viewing, an aromatherapy diffuser and a SNOOZ sound machine.

Additionally, there is a King Koil air mattress and a pullout sofa in the upstairs living room.

The first floor master bedroom offers privacy and convenience while three bedrooms upstairs are connected by a second living area and a kitchenette with a sink, wine refrigerator and coffee maker.

Both living areas have large 4G Smart TVs with Hulu and an Amazon Firestick. The upstairs living area has a full size pullout sofa and an Xbox.

For those who hate to miss a workout while on vacation we have plenty of fitness equipment!

Upstairs you will find the Peloton area with a Peloton bike (you can bring your own shoes or we have cage adapters to wear with your sneakers and a pair of Peloton shoes in a men's 9), Peloton weights (2 lbs, 3 lbs, 5 lbs, 10 lbs, 15 lbs, 20 lbs), a Peloton mat, Peloton resistance bands and Peloton Yoga strap and blocks. You are able to stream the Peloton app using the Kindle Firestick! On the upstairs balcony, you can attach the TRX system and exercise while taking in the beauty of the Pacific Ocean!

If you'd like to workout on the main level, we have a exercise bench, weights, resistance bands, pilates equipment, mat, a stability ball, foam roller, resistance bands, a jump rope and weights. We also have tennis rackets, pickle ball equipment and putters for the putting green. There is a complimentary fitness center in the Copala clubhouse and tennis/pickleball courts at Pacifica and Sunset.

Our kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook every meal if you desire . . . . it is fully equipped with a Keurig/pot coffee maker, a blender, a microwave, full-sized oven, instant pot, griddle, waffle maker, air fryer, KitchenAid mixer, slow cooker, food processor, etc.

Step outside the sliding glass doors to your own outdoor oasis with views of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. On the main terrace, you'll find an amazing firepit with seating for 10, a putting green, a swimming pool, an over-sized hot tub, 4 lounge chairs, a dining area with a grill.

Walk upstairs to the rooftop terrace to enjoy amazing views, a large hot rub which seats 7 people, a fire pit and sofa, two lounge chairs, a billiard table and a second grill.

Our home also features high speed wifi, a vpn router that allows guests to watch US television, a large-sized washer and dryer and solar power.

Other amenities include board games, a wireless speaker, binoculars, beach towels, and cornhole. Guests may also purchase the all-inclusive dining plan through Pueblo Bonito.

A children's area with wading pool overlooks the resort-style swimming pool surrounded by a spacious pool deck and shade pergola. The clubhouse complex also features a full-service spa that opens onto a relaxing desert-themed garden.

We have a property manager onsite that can assist with transportation, reservations, etc. There is also a onsite concierge to help with activities, etc.

Quivira is located on the true southernmost tip of the Baja Peninsula in Los Cabos, Mexico, where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez.

Although secluded, Quivira is a mere mile away from downtown Cabo San Lucas, with all the restaurants, shopping, fishing, nightlife and numerous recreational activities that make Cabo a world-class entertainment destination.

Copala is an exclusive gated community located in Quivira Los Cabos.

The resort does offer transportation but if you will be traveling off the resort quite a bit then we do suggest renting a car. There are two beautiful towns to visit outside of Cabo San Lucas - Todos Santos and San Jose del Cabo. You can also contact the concierge to assist with renting a golf cart to use around the resort.
